I love ginger teas, so I decided to try this one. The ginger is pretty subtle, adding a hint of warm zing rather than overwhelming the other flavors. The peach and ginger combine with the oolong's flavor to create a fruity, warm, complex tea. I enjoy multiple steepings of this smooth, flavorful tea, and I enjoy it both hot and cold. However, I like other Zhi Teas better.

I once wrote that Zhi's Plum Oolong is my favorite ooly, but that's changed. Great flavor, even after three or four steeps. Sweet, mild, fruity, pleasant--very soothing.

Love this tea. It's so wonderfully peachy and gingery! People who aren't "Oolong" people also love it when I serve it. I drink it sweetened with milk. Never gets old!

I like this a LOT. Usually tea with peach is overpowering. I really enjoyed this. Mild ginger, but definitely there. The peach was a bit subtle, but well balanced. And I love this oolong. It is toasty and very full flavored. Great tea. I would say it is now in my top three along with genmaicha (my current fave) and good ol trusty english breakfast.

I like this tea chilled best, although it is very good as a hot or warm tea.
