Our Zhi House Blend White Blueberry is crafted exclusively from our superior grade organic India White Bai Mudan blended with organic blueberries, blue malva flowers, and botanical blueberry flavor.

This organic sensation is not only chock-full of antioxidants but totally delivers in the taste department. Rather than covering the delicate body of the tea itself, our blend merely enhances and reveals even more of the natural qualities of the tea.

Indulge, revitalize, relax. Pure goodness from Zhi.

This tea can be steeped at least twice with superb results!

Much like the reviewer fontsnob , I too usually avoid "flavored teas" especially when ti comes to White Teas, however this as well as some of Zhia other flavored Teas are balanced just right and have nothing artificial or overpowering about them.
Nice subtle Blueberry taste that does not overpower the flavor of the White Tea Base.
I recommend steeping white teas for 7 minutes though and just make sure the water never boils.

I usually avoid "flavored" teas as most are predominantly artificial tasting and end up leaving unusual aftertastes behind. This is not the case here. Zhi's Blueberry White is a perfect balance of clean, delicate white tea accented by real blueberry. Served over ice, it's perfect for summer. The resulting beverage is delicious, with a great aroma and nice clarity. Avoid the temptation to add sweeteners, they'll overwhelm the cup, just kick back and soak up the natural goodness of this outstanding tea.

Hint: Use more leaves for a stronger, more satisfying taste.

Water: 195°F | Leaves: 1 Tbsp per 12 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 3-4 minutes

Basic Steeping Tips
- Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible
- Don’t overboil water
- Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste)
- If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time
Leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times resulting in various flavor differences. Don’t throw out those leaves until they have given it all up!
White tea is sun dried and contains a high amount of antioxidants. Low in caffeine. Heart healthy and has known cancer halting properties.
The history of tea in China is long and complex. The Chinese have enjoyed tea for millennia. Scholars hailed the brew as a cure for a variety of ailments; the nobility considered the consumption of good tea as a mark of their status, and the common people simply enjoyed its flavor.

Tea was first discovered by the Chinese Emperor Shennong in 2737 BC. It is said that the emperor liked his drinking water boiled before he drank it so it would be clean, so that is what his servants did. One day, on a trip to a distant region, he and his army stopped to rest. A servant began boiling water for him to drink, and a dead leaf from the wild tea bush fell into the water. It turned a brownish color, but it was unnoticed and presented to the emperor anyway. The emperor drank it and found it very refreshing, and cha (tea) was born.
