I took my 16 year old autistic son to the Zhitea gallery a few weeks ago to try the restful blend. If he liked the taste, the plan was to try to incorporate a relaxing "tea time" as a redirecting tool when he's edging toward sensory overload.

We have been using the tea every day since with very effective results. When used to redirect him from overstimulation he notices a quick sense of calm, but it doesn't make him groggy the way acute (emergency-based) meds often can (He hasn't had any acute meds since starting this tea routine). No way of knowing how long his response will last, but thank you, Zhitea, for offering such a fantastic herbal blend.

We are both resting so much better at night. In my case, no tossing and turning for an hour or more before falling asleep. In his case, no getting up every few hours anxiously walking the house.
