Zesty and uplifting, this blend is a caffeine-free suprantioxidant treat. Instead of red or fermented rooibos, we use green raw rooibos along with ginger pieces and lime. This is ultra-refreshing as well as being super healthy. Very clean and uplifting with a good ginger hit and cooling lime.

This blend has also proven to be a popular hit as an iced tea. Very cooling and refreshing.

Wonderful tea. First time I have drank a rooibos tea and I love it. To me, the predominate favors in this tea are the lemongrass and licorice and it is very smooth. I found it almost instantly soothes my stomach when I have digestive issues.

Sweet, zesty, citrus flavor. Ginger and Lime Green Rooibos reminds me of a sweet, citrus soda pop (though without bubbles and not quite as sweat). It has a zesty, citrus flavor, and it's one of my favorites. It tastes great both when hot and when cold, and I suspect I'll be drinking it cold a lot on hot, summer days.

This is a very good tea, but the taste of the lemongrass is the predominate flavor (I couldn't taste the ginger). I grow lemongrass so this tea, didn't land on my wow radar. I a made a cup of this tea for my coworker, and she fell in love with it. Don't get me wrong, it's tasty and complex; it's just not something unique for me to add to my collection.

I was in search of a ginger herbal tea and found the ginger lime roobois. The lime adds a nice citrus flavor to the tea. I have used this tea to make arnold palmers which I highly recommend. Great hot, great iced.

As someone who can only drink caffeinated tea on occasion, I really love this as a wake me up tea. It's fresh, bright and gives me a little lift. The lime is the most present flavour but the lemongrass and ginger help to round it out. The ginger adds a nice warming element to those cool mornings and it has a subtle sweetness all on it's own. Love it!

Love this tea. Strong lime aroma, but milder in cup. Good amount of ginger but not too much. Great balance for a soothing after yoga tea. Amazing Ginger and Lime Rooibos, Zhi!

This tea has quite a bold and zesty flavor to it. The ginger adds a nice spiciness to the tea, and the lime is pleasantly delightful. I also tried the tea iced, and it was delicious, refreshing, and mellow.

Basic Steeping Tips
- Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible
- Don’t over-boil water
- Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste)
- If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time
Red tea (Rooibos/Red Bush) has been researched a great deal over the last few years. Results indicate that Rooibos has the highest levels of antioxidants of all infused beverages. Higher in fact than Green Tea.

As such, it displays the highest anti-aging properties. Along with the fact that it is 100% caffeine-free, well you can enjoy this delicious cup anytime of day.
Rooibos plant grows only near the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa. It was first noted by botanist Carl Humberg in 1772.

A century later, Benjamin Ginsberg, a Russian immigrant, realized its marketing potential, and in 1904 began offering it as an herbal substitute to tea.

The difficulty of shipping tea during the Second World War had boosted demand for Rooibos, which began to be referred to as Red Bush Tea, or simply Red Tea.

In Japan, Rooibos is believed to aid longevity, and is known as Long Life Tea.
