We blend our organic white tea leaves with pineapple bits and coconut for a mouth-watering, succulent treat.

This tea is totally and completely indulgent. Guilt-free, of course. We love white tea. We especially love the Oothu Estate white tea.

This tea comes from the renowned Oothu Estate in the Singampatti rainforest in southern India. Known for its exquisite teas, this spring plucked white tea , is simply delightful, luscious, and full bodied.

I got this tea because a friend said I had to try it. I had never ordered from these guys before (I surely will again).
My jaw just about hit the floor when I opened my can of tea. Sure, the label was cute and the can was nice and big, so I figured the tea had to be at least plentiful and nice.
But OMG! I can't even describe how amazed I was when I opened the tea canister. Giant pieces of fruit (pineapple and something - guava?) and coconut shreds and this drop dead heavenly scent.
The tea tastes even better than it smells if you can believe that.
And it is by far the most rich full flavored white tea I have ever had, I mean the leaves themselves. You can still taste the tea!
I give this tea ten stars. My canister is almost gone and I got it four days ago! Yikes! I need to see someone about this.

The history of tea in China is long and complex. The Chinese have enjoyed tea for millennia. Scholars hailed the brew as a cure for a variety of ailments; the nobility considered the consumption of good tea as a mark of their status, and the common people simply enjoyed its flavor.

Tea was first discovered by the Chinese Emperor Shennong in 2737 BC. It is said that the emperor liked his drinking water boiled before he drank it so it would be clean, so that is what his servants did. One day, on a trip to a distant region, he and his army stopped to rest. A servant began boiling water for him to drink, and a dead leaf from the wild tea bush fell into the water. It turned a brownish color, but it was unnoticed and presented to the emperor anyway. The emperor drank it and found it very refreshing, and cha (tea) was born.
